We hope you will consider making a tax-deductible contribution to support the Institute's important work. Yemen continues to face extraordinary challenges, with ongoing conflict, escalating violence, and deteriorating security conditions threatening the country's stability and the work of international organizations. Due to these challenges AIYS was forced to relocate its operations from Sana’a to Aden, where it continues its longstanding mission of supporting research, educational exchange, and the preservation of Yemen's rich cultural heritage. AIYS continues to carry out important initiatives, including training programs to combat the illicit trafficking of Yemeni antiquities and protect the country's invaluable cultural heritage. At the same time, reductions in federal funding for international research and educational exchange have placed additional financial pressures on institutions such as AIYS. Your support is more important than ever as we work to sustain AIYS' presence in Yemen, maintain its longstanding relationships, and preserve opportunities for future cooperation between American and Yemeni researchers and institutions. We are deeply grateful for any contribution you may be able to make.
